How arrival to Tui to do The Way of St James

Options that you can chose to arrive to Tui are travel to Guillarei (a town of Tui), and after from Guillarei follow to Tui, or travel to Vigo and from Vigo there are a directly train to Tui.

BY ROUTE TO TUI

You have to acced by the Carriageway A-6 (Madrid-A Coruña). Take the exit A-52 direction Puebla de Sanabria/Ourense/Vigo. Take the exit A-55 direction to Tui/Portugal/AG-57/Baiona, and continue until arrive to Tui.

BY TRAIN

To Guillarei
From Madrid to Guillarei:
All days: Intercity at 11:40 and arrival at 21:46h (It cross arround Ávila, Valladolid, Palencia, León, Astorga, Ponferrada and Ourense). Alvia at 15:00 with arrival at 20:53h (It cross around Segovia, Medina del Campo, Zamora and Ourense). Hotel Train at 22:30h and arrival at 06:50h (By Ávila, Zamora and Ourense).

From Barcelona to Guillarei:
All days: Hotel Train at 20:20h with arrival at 10:37h (It cross around Tarragona, Lleida, Zaragoza, Logroño, Burgos, Palencia, León, Astorga, Ponferrada and Ourense).

From Vigo you can go directly to Tui/Porriño, there are two frequencies at 7:46 and at 19:37h. The ticket cost 3,36€.

To Vigo:
From Madrid to Vigo
From Monday to Saturday: Talgo at 14:30 (It cross around Segovia, Zamora and Ourense). Hotel Train at 22:30 (By Ávila, Zamora and Ourense).
Sunday: 13:46 and 22:30
From Barcelona to Vigo
All days: Alvia at 9:20 (It cross around Tarragona, Lleida, Zaragoza, Pamplona, Vitoria, Burgos, Palencia, León and Ourense) and Hotel Train at 20:20 (It cross around Logroño instead of Pamplona and Vitoria).

From Vigo to Tui by bus with the AISA Automóviles de Tuy S.L. company. Telephone: 986 610255 (Attention from 9 to 13 and from 16 to 20 hours work days. Also it has an excellent automatic service of information).

BY PLANE:
The Vigo-Peinador airport is located to 9 kilometres of the city centre, between the towns of Vigo, Redondela and Mos. You can contact with them with Telephones: 986 268200, 902404704 or (+34) 913211000. From the same airport you can arrive to the city centre of Vigo with the Vitrasa buses. Telephone: 986 291600
