THE FEET

Change of socks with frequency and clean the feet whenever you can refresh in rivulets or fountains.

THE HOSTELS
On occasions to sleep in hostels, especially to the people that have difficulties to sleep, the snoring can be horrible, but with a good plugs you could sleep.
